- How to Apply for Ghazi University Admission 2023
- Applicants for GU fill a form online. You can download the application form from the university site or follow the link below. Enclose all your documents and photocopies of your application for admission.
1-Register on the GU web portal.
- Create an account by providing a valid email address and CNIC.
- All necessary information about your registration will be communicated via email.
- After registering, you will receive an email to confirm your email address.
- The link will be provided in the email, and you will be able to login with your CNIC.
2- Apply online and submit the form.
After logging in, complete the application form correctly. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.
3- Create a voucher and make payment.
- For undergraduates (and BBA-2 years/B.Ed-1.5 years), to apply for the voucher, please create this.
- Please make the payment from Allied Bank Limited at the nearest branch and upload it on GU web portal.
- For admission to MS/MPhil/M.SC. (Hons)/Ph.D. programs, applicants who score at least 50% in the GAT test must upload their test results.
- If the GAT score is not passed then the candidate should apply for the departmental examination. (Test Fee 1000/-)
