Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2023. The scholarship is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There are a total of 550 scholarships for Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. degree programs. Citizens of all countries are eligible to apply.

- A person living in Kazakhstan but not a resident of Kazakhstan may be eligible for this opportunity
- Can apply with a school certificate and university degree.
- If you apply for a bachelor’s degree, you must have a good high school academic record
- You must have a 2.33 GPA out of 4.0 if you have a bachelor’s degree and the same for a master’s.
- You must have certification in English, German, and French.
